FLOOD? 40FT? MANDATORY EVACUATION, VIDEO MADPOD
I met up with some officials along the Susquehanna River (before the press Conference!),
and told me that the entire Wyoming Valley would be evacuated for at least 2 days. They are not worried about the water coming over the top, but the dikes breaking under 2 days of constant pressure. I have relatives staying at my house on top of the Mountain, along with 2 dogs, 3 cats. Our family home is in the valley. It was flood in 1972, it took 2 years to rebuild
